FOR ALL PERSONS ATTEMPTING THIS, THIS SHOULD BE DONE AFTER VIGOROUS EXERCISE AND I CAUTION THAT THERE WILL BE DISCOMFORT AS WHAT IS HAPPENING WILL BE THE BODY ATTEMPTING TO FIT ALL THE ELEMENTS OF DOT(THE HEAD) TO THE WAVES – ANGLES OF ARMS, HANDS, FINGERS TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD. THE PALMS SHOULD BE ON THE OCCIPITAL LOBES – MAXIMUM ‘HEAT’.

WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IS THE DIAMOND SHAPE WITHIN THE HEAD – WHETHER YOU ARE CONSCIOUS OR NOT OF IT, IS TRYING TO EXTEND INTO THE CHEST/LUNG CAVITY AREA. PIN POINT TIP OF DIAMOND BOTTOM IS LOCATED ON THE STERNUM.

THIS ASANA REST POSTURE SHOULD NOW BE INCLUDED WITH ALL YOGA POSTURES AS THE POINT OF REST. IT IS THE LAYING DOWN VERSION OF WAVES INSTEAD OF THE DOT METHOD OF THE SITTING POSTURE ASSOCIATED WITH ALL KNOWN PICTURES AND STATUES OF BUDDHA.

FOR THE TIME BEING, ANGLES ARE NOT CRITICAL UNTIL YOU HAVE MASTERED THE ‘WAVE’ GENERATION THROUGH IONIZATION METHOD. THE REASON BEING IS THAT BECAUSE THE ANGLES ARE NOT PERFECT, THE WAVES ‘LEAK’ INTO THE BODY AND CREATES FURTHER IONIZATION THROUGH RESONANCE THAT IS REFLECTED BACK UPWARDS WITHOUT CONSCIOUS EFFORT.
