YOU WANT TO EXPLORE THAT PAIN THRESHOLD BECAUSE IT HOLDS VITAL INFORMATION THAT YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT TO IGNORE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.  YOU ARE EXPLORING A BOUNDARY FOR WHICH NO ONE ELSE CAN EXPERIENCE AND DESCRIBE IN YOUR OWN WORDS.  YOUR SENSES TELL YOU WHEN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH… THIS ISN’T THE OLYMPICS OF THE GODS.

ONCE YOU HAVE A SENSE OF PAIN THRESHOLD BOUNDARIES… BACK OFF SLIGHTLY AND REMAIN CLOSE TO THE PAIN BOUNDARY BUT NOT ON IT !!!  THEN PLAY BACK AND FORTH… TRACE THE SENSATIONS OF WHERE THE PAIN IS RADIATING INTO YOUR BODIES AND CONSCIOUSNESS.  WITH ENOUGH REPETITIONS AND EXERCISE YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET THE CORRESPONDING MUDRA, YOGA OR TAI CHI POSITIONS THAT GENERATES INTENSE PLEASURE.

ACTUALLY THE PAIN TRANSFORMS INTO PLEASURE WAVES…. IT IS THE BACK & FORTH ROCKING BETWEEN SLIGHT PAIN(NOT TORTURE) AND REST POSITIONS THAT GENERATES THE WAVE PULSES AND PLEASURE.  AREAS BECOME ‘HOT’, BUZZ FROM ENERGY MOVING  INTO DORMANT STAGNANT AREAS AND FEELS ELECTRICALLY CHARGED.
