JUST LIKE YOGA ISN’T JUST ABOUT YOGA, PRANIC BREATHING ISN’T ABOUT FLAPPING YOUR LUNGS INSIDE OUT AND EXERCISING TO THE POINT OF EXHAUSTION AND BE DEPLETED INSTEAD OR REVITALIZED !

POINT IS ABOUT MEDITATION IS TO UNITE BODY MIND SPIRIT INTO ONE DURING A STATE OF CHANGE CALLED ‘REST POTENTIAL’ BY HARMONIZING LITTLE THINGS CALLED DOTS INSIDE YOUR BRAIN FIRST THEN BODY NEXT TO WAVE PROPAGATION THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE.

IF ONLY REST FROM STRESS IS YOUR GOAL…

THEN 100 YEARS WILL SEEM LIKE NOTHING ON THE 3.141592…. ROAD TO INFINITY OF REPETITION TILL YOU GET WHAT I’M SAYING !
