ALWAYS COOKING IN SPRING BOTTLED WATER.  NO TAP WATER.

WELL IMAGINE MY SURPRISE – NOT ALL BOTTLED WATER IS GOOD FOR YOU !

PASTA COOKED IN THE WRONG TYPE OF WATER BREAKS DOWN THE STARCH I GUESS.  BECOMES CLOUDY WATER.

WHICH MEANS THAT THE PASTA WILL NOT BE DIGESTED PROPERLY IN YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEMS AND JUST SITS THERE, BLOATING YOU, SLOWING DOWN YOUR PERISTALSIS AND MOVEMENT OF FOOD CONTRIBUTING TO YOUR WEIGHT GAIN AND OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS.

MY FIRST GUESS WITHOUT DATA – STARCH OVERLOAD THAT CANNOT BE HANDLED BY THE BODY’S OWN SYSTEMS !

NOODLE & PASTA WATER SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM LEVELS OF CLOUDINESS AND THE PASTA NOODLE SHOULD REMAIN FIRM INSTEAD OF BEING BROKEN DOWN BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
